The Island I was set in the blue sea, here my space was given me. The salt waves that never rest wash my shores loving me and the sun rising high covers me all in light. I have no thoughts when the day is full and white and birds fill the air flying and crying. I forget all things and days that come and go and the anger of the sea. Most I love the silent dawn which is my longing. Then I think about the sea the boundless distance and the space above which makes me what I am.
